It's almost like it can't connect to the Internet yet all other program updates work well. No viruses have ever gotten past the 5 detection programs I routinely run on it. So, I said, well I'll just try to install Windows now. No luck there either. It just says it's "starting" and this goes on endlessly without results. I want to go to Win but I can't.
