It pays fairly well, it's good work and I feel appreciated by my managers and the team I work with. However, some major downsides is that when the hotel is slow, so is your income.

During the winter, no one comes in but you are still pressed to go as fast as possible, meaning that your paycheck gets significantly cut despite working about the same amount of days per week.

Keep in mind all Best Westerns are privately owned and operated From the housekeepers to the GM Your wages are based on performance. One of the coworker like to Tattletoe on you. And try to get you fired. One girl had a Seizure and had go to the hospital and the next day was writing up.

Pros The head housekeeper is very nice. Cons Coworker are rats. Exposure to mold, Corona virus, etc. Employees with poor work ethics and attitudes. Management lies about rate of pay, management alters pay role hours worked. Cons Too many to mention. Management was never there in the morning to give us the supplies that we needed to do our jobs.

Overall Score 2. My daughter was part of the cheer team that stayed at your hotel. The prices to stay per night were too high for how cheap the rooms looked. The rooms need some updating. Their was not a all day restaurant opened and no one cleaned out all the leaves in the pool.

Also our hotel room was not refreshed while we were gone. This hotel is to expensive for the in organized service that we received. We ended up moving to another hotel. Rachel M.
