Obama mess up game

The push by Pres. Obama to pass healthcare legislation in the Congress of the United States that he was fully aware was unconstitutional. He has continued to use his powers and executive branch of government to implement this legislation despite the fact that a federal judge had declared the entire law unconstitutional, and ordered that it not be implemented.

In addition, Obama has directed members of his administration to violate the right to freedom of religion protected by the 1st Amendment to the Constitution. Religious institutions such as churches and schools have been ordered to provide contraceptives and abortion inducing morning after pills to employees as part of the health care bill requirements.

The fact that this is a direct violation of their religious teaching is of no concern to Obama. Despite the fact that the United States Senate refused to pass the Cap and Trade bill , the President has ordered the Environmental Protection Agency to use regulations to implement key portions of the bill, including those regulating so-called greenhouse gases.

Obama himself has acknowledged that this will force energy prices in this country to skyrocket. He is taking these actions in direct defiance of the will of the people of the United States, the will of Congress, and the Constitution.

The actions of the EPA include regulations that will force many coal burning power plants to close. He has also prohibited new drilling exploration on federal land in any states in the United States. These actions by the DOI have continued in direct defiance of several court orders issued by Federal Judge Martin Feldman in New Orleans, Louisiana declaring that the department had no authority to issue such a moratorium on drilling in the Gulf.

The administration has claimed to be complying, but has tied up the drilling permits in so much red tape that the effect is the same. Instead of allowing American companies to drill for oil domestically, Obama has betrayed the American people and authorized loans of billions of dollars to countries like Brazil and Mexico so that they can drill for oil, and then sell that oil to the United States.

This will dramatically increase our dependence on foreign nations including Venezuela, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and even Libya that do not serve the interest of America or the American people. Obama has also refused to approve the keystone pipeline from Canada to the United States that would not only lessen our dependence on oil from countries like Venezuela and Saudi Arabia, but create thousands of new jobs in the United States.

The decision on the pipeline is one that belongs in the hands of the members of Congress, not the President. President Obama has abdicated his responsibility to enforce the laws of the United States against illegal immigration. He has virtually declared our southern border an open border by declaring certain areas of federal land in states like Arizona as off-limits to federal, state, and local authorities.

This is despite the fact that these areas are being used to bring in thousands of illegal immigrants, massive amounts of drugs, and also being used by foreign terrorists to infiltrate the United States. He has also ordered the border patrol not to arrest most illegal immigrants entering the country, and has stopped deportation proceedings against thousands of people in this country illegally.

The President and his Attorney General Eric Holder have clearly violated their oath of office by joining with foreign countries such as Mexico, Bolivia, and Columbia, in lawsuits against the sovereign states of Arizona, Georgia, and Alabama to stop them from enforcing the federal immigration laws. President Obama has ordered the Federal Communications Commission to adopt regulations giving the federal government control of the Internet and its contents , including providing Obama with a kill switch that gives him authority to shut down the Internet if he sees fit.

There were two bills pending in Congress to effectively give Obama the kill switch he wants over the Internet. I believe he intends to take the same action in regard to the United Nations Small arms treaty and the UN Law of the Sea treaty that are both unlikely to get Senate approval.

One of the paramount responsibilities of the President of the United States and his executive branch of government is to enforce and defend laws adopted by Congress unless they are declared unconstitutional by the United States Supreme Court. However, despite their dominating regular season, they faced a tough path in the playoffs and even broke the record for most games played in the postseason The Celtics beat the Hawks, Cavaliers, and Pistons before facing off vs.

Kobe Bryant and the Lakers in the Finals. They put an end to their two-year playoff drought by winning their first championship since and 17th in franchise history, which is a league-best. Obviously, the plan worked out perfectly, as they had made it to back-to-back trips to the Finals and entered the season as the reigning champions after beating the Oklahoma City Thunder last year. They had a pretty tough past there, though, as the San Antonio Spurs were on the verge of clinching the title on the road in game 6 until Ray Allen hit one of the most clutch triples in NBA history.

The Chicago Bulls entered the season as the reigning champions. Moreover, they had just broken the record for most regular-season wins in NBA history, so there was a lot of pressure on their shoulders about whether they could stay at the top or not.

They were coming off a seven-game loss vs. Boston and had lost 8 straight vs. It was pretty clear that the Lakers played with a chip on their shoulders throughout the whole season.

They had the highest offensive rating in the league thanks to the contributions of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, James Worthy, Byron Scott, and Bob McAdoo, with six of their players averaging double-digits in points.

Then, finally, they got the best of the Larry Bird and the Boston Celtics and won their 9th championship. The Boston Celtics were dealt a major blow when Dave Cowens retired right before the start of the season. The Golden State Warriors were coming their record-breaking season and only got better by signing Kevin Durant. They wanted to get back at the Cavaliers in the Finals, so the rest of the league had to deal with the most overpowered squad in decades.

They got their payback vs. LeBron and the Cleveland Cavaliers and beat them in 5 games. The Lakers got the 2nd seed in the West despite Shaq missing 16 games due to injury. They Swept all of their opponents in their conference Blazers, Spurs, and Kings en route to facing the Philadelphia 76ers in the Finals.

Allen Iverson was the only player that could take a game away from them in the playoffs. Other than that, the Lakers never took their feet off the gas and completely demolished their opposition.

Up to this day, they still hold the record of 33 straight wins. This team had to deal with the tough loss of Elgin Baylor, who retired 9 games into the season due to a knee injury. The Lakers had the best offensive rating and second-best defensive rating in the league. I mean, there was a reason why these guys were called the Bad Boys.

They literally tried to hurt their rivals every time they drove to the basket, but hey, it worked. They topped their great season by sweeping Magic Johnson and the Lakers in 4 games in the Finals.

Michael Jordan had already made a statement. He beat Magic Johnson and the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Finals so now, he had to get back in the lab to let everybody know that he was the toughest man in town. Phil Jackson and the Chicago Bulls took no prisoners on their pursuit for their second straight championship. They had the best record in the Eastern Conference and got easily past the Heat, Knicks, and Cavaliers in the playoffs.

He had one of the most iconic Finals performances ever by sinking 6 straight threes in Game 1 of the Finals and got the job done in just 6 games. Obviously, he was named Finals MVP.

Stephen Curry was named the first unanimous MVP in the history of the game. He also won the Scoring title and led the league in steals on one of the most impressive seasons the league had ever seen. The Warriors were on the verge of ending to their perfect season by hanging on to a lead in the Finals vs. The Los Angeles Lakers dominated the league in that decade like few teams on any major sports had done before.

However, none of those Showtime Lakers entertained the crowd as much as the version. The Lakers were the best team in the West and then proceeded to handle the likes of the Nuggets, Warriors, and Sonics in the playoffs before beating their all-time rivals Boston Celtics in the Finals.

Jordan played his first full season after coming back from retirement and left things right where he left them. It was like Michael had never left. In fact, it seemed like he had only gotten hungrier, angrier, and better. The Bulls put an end to their historically-great season by beating the Seattle Supersonics in 6 games.

The best part of it is that they were just getting started. But, in a May 14 exchange with reporters on the White House lawn, press secretary Kayleigh McEnany acknowledged the existence of the Obama pandemic playbook, even holding it up to show the press.

She also dismissed its usefulness. Trump, who was standing nearby, agreed. The White House press secretary even held up the actual document on the White House lawn. There has been discussion in recent days as to whether the Obama plan was dated because it dealt with lessons learned from earlier outbreaks that may not apply to the current pandemic.
